SPRINGFIELD, Mo. — Renew Biomass announces a partnership with Ziegler Ag Equipment to secure harvest equipment on a long-term agreement.
“Location and service are very important to Renew Biomass. We have a short harvest window, so it’s crucial that we work with a company that offers quick support and assistance when needed,” stated Eric Allphin, Renew Biomass director of agriculture.
Renew Biomass will be running AGCO equipment, including Challenger tractors, swathers and balers, in their mid-Missouri and southwest Missouri project areas.
“We’ve been watching what AGCO has been doing in the biomass industry for several years,” said Dustin Dover, Renew Biomass chief operating officer. “AGCO has been working with Miscanthus longer than any other dealer. We are excited to get the equipment and get our guys out in the fields.”
Ziegler will provide on-site training that will help Renew Biomass become as proficient as possible when using this equipment. “We want our customers to be running and working efficiently,” said Thad Koenigsfeld, Ziegler Ag territory manager.
“Ziegler is a 100-year-old company focused on service. We are available to assist our customers through our branches, Ziegler Tech support and our 24/7/365 Operations Center,” Koenigsfeld continued.
Through the use of AGCO equipment, Renew Biomass will be able to produce heavier bales more efficiently during harvest season.
