J D Equipment Inc. has announced it exceeded its 2013 fundraising goal of $30,000.


J D Equipment donates a portion of each sale of new John Deere Select Series riding lawn mowers sold during the entire year to the Spielman Fund.

Representatives from the dealership recently presented a check for $32,100 to the Stefanie Spielman Fund for Breast Cancer Research at the Ohio State University Comprehensive Cancer Center – Arthur G. James Cancer Hospital and Richard J. Solove Research Institute (OSUCCC – James).

Jeff Mitchell, J D Equipment’s CEO commented “We are excited to reach a new record in our donation to the Spielman Fund and are proud to report cumulative donations during the five years we have contributed are in excess of $119,000.”
