Titan Machinery announced it has entered into a definitive purchase agreement to acquire J.J. O’Connor & Sons Pty. Ltd., the largest Case IH dealership group in Australia, for $63 million in cash.

The new facility in Alberta, Canada, is nearly 44,000 square feet and includes space for maintenance and parts. 

The new location in Steinbach, Man. will complement the dealership's existing Morden, Man., store.

The acquisition includes full-line Case IH agriculture and power sports dealerships located in Quincy, Ill., and Hannibal, Mo. Finalization of the acquisition is expected on July 31, 2023.

Farm-Rite Equipment has begun construction on a new building at its Willmar, Minn., location that will house a showroom, shop and office space.

Agri-Service, an AGCO dealer serving Idaho, Washington, Oregon and Wyoming, has acquired Deer Park Farm Center, Diesel & Machine and Walla Walla Farm Center.

The North Carolina-based dealers Charlotte Tractor and Lake Norman Tractor announced that the two are merging to become Highway Equipment & Tractor, a division of Highway Equipment Company. The new Kubota dealers are located on Starita Road in Charlotte and Statesville Road in Cornelius. 

Kenn-Feld Group and TTG Equipment will merge as TRULAND Equipment, the CEOs of the two companies announced Wednesday. The equal merger of the two John Deere Dealer groups is scheduled to occur on Aug. 21, 2023.
