CNH Industrial announced that it has entered into an agreement to purchase Hemisphere GNSS (Hemisphere), a global leader in high-performance satellite positioning technology, currently owned by Unistrong, a company incorporated in the People’s Republic of China.
The Board of Directors of Hemisphere GPS Inc. today announced that Rick Heiniger will resign his position as Vice Chairman of the Board to accept the appointment as president and chief executive officer of Hemisphere GPS, effective immediately.
