Josh Provost, Partner & General Manager of the Derby, Vt., location of Champlain Valley Equipment (headquartered in Middlebury, Vt.), gives an overview of the history of the Derby, Vt., location of Champlain Valley Equipment. Provost's father owned part of the dealership when Provost was growing up. His first job mowing the lawn at age 16 turned into a career when he bought his father's portion of the business and later approached Brian Carpenter to form a new partnership.
