Mahindra USA, the number one selling tractor brand in the world based on volume, adds Raymond Schroth to its senior leadership team as senior director of aftersales. He joins MUSA with more than 20 years of experience working with major manufacturing companies in service, engineering, training, warranty and quality operations. Most recently with Kubota Tractor Corp., Schroth previously worked with BMW, Volkswagen and Hyundai. Schroth will oversee Mahindra USA’s departments responsible for service, warranty, quality and product support.

Schroth was the director of service for Kubota Tractor Corp. where he was responsible for the technical service center, warranty, training and customer satisfaction departments.  At Kubota, his achievements included developing and implementing an extended warranty program for all products, installing a quality incident and cost tracking system for all products and leading the customer satisfaction monitoring system to improve overall customer satisfaction ratings.
