Pik Rite's new Vertical Beaters increase spreading-width consistency, with less trips across field and improved productivity.

The machines have a two-stage push that carries 1/3 and pushes 2/3 of load. The beaters include stainless steel hydraulic lines throughout undercarriage, and a "straight through" driveline with no chains, belts or sprockets.

The unit features a double CV PTO and its tough vertical beaters are made of ½-inch-thick steel. The vertical beaters also feature fewer moving parts, for less maintenance and a longer useful life. The number of unloading speeds is infinite, from 0 to 16 feet per minute.

Model 1190 spreaders come with a 250-, 400- and 550-bushel capacity, a load-carrying capacity of 16.6 tons and a beater speed of 337 rpm. A minimum of 150 tractor PTO horsepower is recommended.
