WB Global Services, a leadership development and training company with clients around the globe, announces the appointment of five industry leaders to its newly established business advisory council.
This WB Global Services advisory council exists to provide clarity and guidance on strategic decisions, expand access to expertise and industry networks, and hold WBGS leaders accountable for results to the strategic growth plan.
“With over 85-years of industry experience between us, one would think that we have all the expertise and knowledge necessary to guide our future growth,” states WB Global Services founder and CEO, Wayne Brozek. But the truth of the matter is that it is difficult to “see around the corners” with your head down and attention consistently directed at client requirements. Wayne remarks, “We need other experts to assist us with the navigation of growth to see the obstacles under the surface as we design our future.
Members of the advisory council include:
- Lori Randle, Senior Director, Skills USA, Zionsville, IN
- John Schmeiser, Chief Operating Officer, visorPRO, Chestermere, AB
- Jay Goninen, Co-founder and President at WrenchWay, Mount Horeb, WI
- Bonnie Johnson, Marketing and Communications Manager, AgCareers, Ames, IA
- Celeste Lindsey, Executive Director of EMDA, Statham, GA
Industry veteran WBGS Director of Business Development Russ Green quotes former Secretary of State Donald Rumsfeld, “There are known knowns: things we know we know. There are known unknowns: things we know we don't know, and there are unknown unknowns: things we don't know we don't know.”
Seeking vision and guidance from industry leaders, such as the members of this WBGS advisory council, will help Wayne and me view industry opportunities through a different lens.
As we manage the growth opportunities in workforce development and leadership within our client companies, the vision of these advisory council members will be invaluable in positioning WB Global Services competitively.
