Dealer Information Systems (DIS) Inc., a leading provider of equipment dealership management software, has appointed Clint Sanders as its Director of Sales, bringing more than fifteen years of dealership experience and a partnership-driven approach to digital transformation.

Sanders joins DIS with a strong background in dealership operations and sales management, having held the position of Sales Manager at Ideal Computer Systems, a sister company of DIS, and before that, CEO of an independent Ag and OPE dealership. During his tenure, he led the business to become a top performer across multiple brands, driven in part by his early adoption of dealership management technology.

“DIS is entering an exciting new chapter,” says Sanders. “We’re building on the momentum of recent years with the goal of becoming the most trusted DMS in the Ag, construction, lift truck, and Thermo King markets. We have a uniquely collaborative approach with our dealership partners where we welcome their feedback to ensure we’re developing the tools they truly need.”

Beyond his dealership and sales management experience, Sanders has served on multiple dealer advisory councils and, in recent years, hosted Dealer’s Edge, a monthly forum focused on dealership management topics. He now aims to bring that same spirit of innovation and continuous improvement to DIS and its dealer network.

Sanders is backed by a sales team at DIS with over a hundred years of combined industry-specific expertise between them.

“We know this industry, the challenges dealers face, and the pain points they deal with every day,” says Sanders. “Our mission is to help dealers find success with products that make a real impact on their operations.”

Over the past few years, DIS has significantly expanded its investment in products and initiatives designed to provide best-in-class tools for its dealer partners. Innovations such as DIS Analytics, RentHub, and Notify 360, along with critical OEM integrations, have strengthened the company’s offering across multiple markets.

Currently, the DIS Account Management team is reaching out to dealership partners for feedback and collaboration.

As Sanders puts it, “They’re not just dealers, they’re our partners. Because if it doesn’t work for them, it doesn’t work for us.”
