In today’s episode of Farm Equipment’s Used Equipment Remarketing Roadmaps podcast, host Casey Seymour of Moving Iron LLC sits down with host of Market to Market on Iowa Public Television, Delaney Howell who also hosts the Ag News Daily podcast.  

Casey and Delaney start things off talking about the different podcast projects Delaney is working on and then get right into the challenges we’ve faced this year due to trade disputes, particularly with China.

Delaney shares some insights on the economy and what she’s heard talking with producers. She says some are confident the situation will be resolved in the near term, while others are overly worried and taking the situation more seriously.  

They also get into how the down ag economy is impacting the number of farmers. As Delaney says, right now it feels like farmers either need to get big, diversify or throw in the towel.
