Event Description

In a world of tight margins and dynamic marketplaces, financial goals are gaining increased visibility throughout all areas of the agribusiness organization. It is more important than ever for non-financial managers to understand how their decisions can impact company profitability.

Part 1 of Agribusiness Finance is designed to help you improve decision-making that will lead to increased profitability and enhance communication of financial results with CEOs, CFOs, leadership peers and employees through deep understanding of financial terminology, statements and ratios.

Parts 1 & 2 of the Agribusiness Finance workshop package cover the fundamentals of financial management in ways that reveal the story behind the numbers. Case studies and team-based assignments allow participants to immediately apply classroom concepts to real-world scenarios.
