STRATFORD, PE, Canada — According to a report by The Guardian (of Prince Edward Island, Canada), Darryl Baird, who served on the management team, estimated to have defrauded company of $705,000.

The longtime employee of Reddin Farm Equipment plead guilty Monday in Supreme Court to taking hundreds of thousands of dollars from his now former employer.

Darryl Baird plead guilty to two counts of fraud and one count of theft. The case has now been adjourned to Dec. 16 for sentencing.

Crown counsel Jeff MacDonald told the court an agreed statement of facts will be prepared. A joint recommendation on sentence will also be presented. MacDonald indicated a period of incarceration will be sought.
