Bigham Brothers, Inc. of Lubbock, Texas announces the acquisition of Pitonyak Machinery Corporation (PMC) and its entire line of farm equipment.

PMC is known for products such as the Hipper Roller® and GCX Grain Carts, historically sold primarily in the Mid-South region. PMC is a successor to the company founded by E.E. Brandt in Carlisle, Arkansas in 1913, selling its first grain cart in 1947.

“Bigham and PMC joining forces allows us to serve more customers more efficiently and get premium quality equipment into the hands of producers when they need it. The addition of PMC increases the breadth of our product offering and will accelerate our strategy of becoming a leading provider of premium quality farm equipment,” said Lucas Sutterer, Bigham CEO.

Eddie Pitonyak, PMC President said, “Our customers rely on the quality and value of our equipment. This arrangement will give them even better access and more options.”

Manufacturing will continue in both the Lubbock, Texas, and Carlisle, Arkansas facilities. The equipment from both plants will now be available through a nation-wide network of Bigham dealers and will be marketed under the Bigham brand.
