The Farm Equipment Manufacturers Association elected three new board members during its Fall Marketing & Distribution Convention Oct. 26. The new board members are Montag Manufacturing Director of Sales and Marketing Roger Murdock, Tillage Management Inc. Project Manager Kat Coombes and Vaderstad Director of Sales – U.S. Paul Link.

Murdock started his agricultural career with Allis-Chalmers which become Deutz-Allis and later AGCO. He has worked for Miller St. Nazianz, Claas, Artsway, Ingersoll Tillage/Agrisolutions and is currently the Director of Sales and Marketing for Montag Manufacturing.

Coombes works alongside her father and brother as the project manager for Tillage Management, Inc., focusing on purchasing, operations and sales. Founded in 2006, the company produces the OPTIMIZER One Pass Tillage equipment as well as reduced-pass implements for orchards and vineyards.

Link started with Vaderstad in 2021 bringing more than 25 years’ experience in both retail and manufacturing sales. The company is based out of Sweden and is a family-owned and operated manufacturer that has a proud 60-year tradition. It’s comprised of four manufacturing locations in Europe and North America.

Executives from member companies of the Association unanimously elected Coombes and Link at the Marketing & Distribution Convention in Orlando, Fla. They join a 16-person governing board for the Association that serves as voice, advocate and resource for companies from each link in the farm implement supply chain: manufacturers, providers of component parts and services to those manufacturers, and equipment marketers.
