Deere Announces Leadership Changes

Max Guinn is retiring after 38 years of service at Deere. After joining Deere as an engineer in 1980, his career included a variety of management and leadership assignments. James Field, who had been a president in Deere’s Agriculture & Turf Division, will succeed Guinn as president of Worldwide Construction & Forestry.

Case IH Announces Jim Walker Retiring

In a March 23 memo to North American Case IH dealers and Case IH employees, Leandro Lecheta and Andreas Klauser announced that Vice President Jim Walker has elected to retire from the company after 11 years. Scott Harris, current Vice President of Case Construction, will transition to Case IH and lead the brand as Vice President in North America.

Rusty Fowler Returns to Krone NA as President & CEO.

Krone North America announced today that Tommy Jones has resigned his role as president & CEO of the company. Jones has been replaced in that leadership role by Rusty Fowler, who led the company for 28 years, from 1986 through 2014.

In a June 8 letter to New Holland dealers, Brad Crews, COO, CNH Industrial NAFTA, announced that, “Abe Hughes is no longer with the company as he has elected to pursue other interests outside CNH Industrial.” Hughes held the top spot at New Holland in North America. The change was effective yesterday, June 8.
