BigIron Auctions announced their agreement to acquire Sullivan Auctioneers LLC — headquartered in Hamilton, Illinois. The agreement, finalized on July 19, will bring more than 300 employees together to serve the needs of the online auction industry across the U.S. 

Real estate and farm machinery auction company Sullivan Auctioneers is acquiring Minnesota-based Henslin Auctions and Henslin Real Estate. The acquisition, effective Dec. 1, 2021, will strengthen Sullivan Auctioneers’ footprint throughout the north-central U.S.
