DEALERSHIP MINDS SUMMIT – COVID PRECAUTIONS

The Dealership Minds Summit will be following all COVID-19 health and safety protocols recommended by the CDC, local health officials and Hilton brand hotels, which includes the Embassy Suites Omaha La Vista Hotel & Conference Center that is hosting this year's event.

"Will masks be required?" — As of today (7/2/21), the Embassy Suites by Hilton Omaha La Vista Hotel & Conference Center will be requiring masks in common spaces of the hotel (lobby, hallways, elevators, etc.). Within our designated conference rooms, masks will be recommended — and available upon request — when you are not able to socially distance. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we continue to navigate the ever-changing Covid-19 recommendations. We will continue to follow the health and safety procotols recommended by the CDC and local health officials and will provide updates as they arise.

"How will you be able to properly socially distance?" — We are limiting attendance at this year's Dealership Minds Summit to ensure the ability for attendees to learn in a safe environment. Once our maximum registration capacity is met, no additional attendees will be allowed to register. Additionally, we are working closely with the Embassy Suites by Hilton Omaha La Vista Hotel & Conference Center on rooms layouts that will allow all attendees to be seated at a socially safe distance from other attendees during all sessions.

"What is the hotel doing to ensure a clean environment?" — The Embassy Suites by Hilton Omaha La Vista Hotel & Conference Center has already returned to successfully hosting live, in-person events. The company-wide Hilton CleanStay program allows for a cleaner and safer stay from check-in to check-out, including: tailored housekeeping services, available contactless check-in, disinfecting stations throughout the property, increased scheduled cleaning of public spaces, thorough room cleaning and disinfecting in-between guests, and much more. "Do you offer refunds if I am unable attend?" — Yes, your investment is fully protected. If you register today and later determine you are unable attend, or if the event must be cancelled, we'll either refund you or transfer your registration to a future conference at no additional cost. And your hotel fee is 100% refundable when you contact the hotel directly prior to the event.
