Farm Equipment’s Mike Lessiter interviewed Horsch founder and CEO Michael Horsch at his new Ag Vision Farm (educational marketing center) in Downs, Ill., educational farm for an episode of “How We Did It: Conversations with Ag Equipment's Entrepreneurs”. In this exclusive video, Horsch explains a how his boys took $2 million in cost out of the operation through changes in the previous manager’s reliance on software (replaced by a whiteboard), multiple crop consultants and an insistence on walking the fields instead of the comfort of the SUV.
