Parallel Ag Announces Concordia Transition to Marshall Location
Parallel Ag announces that its Concordia location will officially close on June 30, 2025, as part of a planned consolidation with its Marshall, Missouri, location. This strategic move is designed to enhance operational efficiency, strengthen financial performance, and better serve customers across the region.
Starting June 19, all new service jobs for the Concordia area will be routed to the Marshall location. Parts sales will continue in Concordia through June 30, after which all operations will be based in Marshall. Parallel Ag plans to complete the transition of inventory and equipment from the Concordia location by August 31, 2025.
Merging operations allows Parallel Ag to better serve its customers and agricultural communities by streamlining resources and strengthening its ability to deliver consistent, high-quality support. This consolidation brings together experienced teams from both locations to provide even greater service and responsiveness. With the additional space and expanded capabilities of the Marshall facility, Parallel Ag is positioned to offer enhanced parts availability, timely service, and knowledgeable sales support. Concordia customers will continue to be a top priority, dedicated service coverage, and local sales representation ensuring uninterrupted support in their farming operations.
“We are consolidating our Concordia and Marshall locations in order to make sure we can better utilize our resources, while still keeping customer service a priority,” said Shawn Skaggs, CEO. “Although this is a change for our Concordia customers, it does allow us to continue to serve those customers as well as many more by bringing trusted brands like Kinze and AGI Westfield into our Marshall location. The larger facilities and larger staff there will allow us to grow our customer support capabilities.”
Parallel Ag remains committed to its valued partnerships with Kinze and AGI Westfield. Both product lines will move to the Marshall location with the full support of the manufacturers and AGCO. The company will continue to provide expert service and parts support, as well as new equipment sales from the Marshall facility. In addition to this press release, Parallel Ag will be reaching out to Concordia customers through direct mail and social media. Additional updates will be provided at 60-day and 120-day intervals to ensure transparency and continuity for all stakeholders.
