Executive editor Dave Kanicki explains an experience he had in a recent interview with the CEO of a farm equipment dealership. Just about every dealer we make contact with gives a great deal of credit to the people at the dealership who grind it out day in and day out. In this case, the CEO, Brion Torgerson, promises that his one goal is to earn the respect of his employees.
