Dealer's Perspective: Supporting the Customer
Jason Beres and Kurtis Sanguin of Farm & Garden Centre, Saskatoon, SK, give their perspective on how precision farming technology is changing the way they do business with their customers. We caught up with them during Agri-Trend's 2011 Farm Forum event in Saskatoon.
Mobile access works positively in two ways. First, farmers can contact the dealer right when they need assistance. Second, the dealer doesn't have to send out a technician to help with the issue. Oftentimes, they'll save a trip by determining the problem right at the dealership and walk the farmer through the proper steps.
