New Software Aims to
Help Farmers Analyze Data

Pioneer is offering some next generation software in 2012 to help farmers further analyze precision agriculture data they gather throughout the year.

Pioneer has already established FIT Services, which includes basic precision ag tools to help farmers with timely and professional planting and harvest maps at no additional charge. They use those maps with growers to really understand farmers' needs field by field.

In 2012, Pioneer is introducing FIT Studio, which includes multi-year yield maps and more analysis tools.

"It will really help them turn that precision ag data into information that they can use to help make more profitable, more informed decisions," said John Chism, FIT Services implementation manager with Pioneer.

Farmers continue to use precision agriculture technologies to make decisions about inputs and improve productivity.
