Mahindra Tractors Posts 31% Increase in Domestic Sales in October

MUMBAI, November 1, 2011 — Mahindra & Mahindra's Farm Equipment Sector (FES), reported domestic sales in October of 30,519 units vs. 23,378 units for the same period last year, an increase of 31%.

Total tractor sales (domestic + exports) in October 2011 stood at 31838 units compared with 24,281 units for the same period last year, an increase of 31%.

Exports for the month stood at 1,319 units.
