RSSEquipment Firms Support Conservation-Tillage Education
Lessiter Publications, Inc., the hosts of the annual National No-Tillage Conference, is pleased to announced that equipment firms Equipment Technologies, Thurston Mfg./Blu-Jet, Great Plains, Trimble Navigation, Case IH and Titan Tire will be among 12 exclusive sponsors at the 18th National No-Tillage Conference, to be held next Jan. 13-16, 2010, in Des Moines. They join six other sponsoring firms that provide fertilizer, crop protection and seed technology in helping advance the practice of conservation tillage for America's growers. The 2010 event, which consists of 20 general sessions, 15 classrooms and 60 grower roundtables, will be held at the Des Moines Marriott.
"The support of these companies is integral to the quality of the conference," says publisher Darrell Bruggink of No-Till Farmer about the 875 attendees that gathered for the event last January in Indianpolis. "Their support of this educational event has allowed us to bring a lot of know-how value to no-tillers through the approximate 40 speakers that each year share their techniques and ideas."
