CNH Chief Financial Officer to Resign

BURR RIDGE, Ill. — CNH Global N.V. says Rubin McDougal, Chief Financial Officer, has announced his resignation from the company, effective June 22.

McDougal will be pursuing other business interests with a company outside the equipment industry.

The Company anticipates naming a successor shortly.
