Event Description

headshotsDuring this live event, three dealer principals who’ve recently renovated or built completely new facilities will share what they’ve learned from their experiences. This event is brought to you free courtesy of STANLEY Vidmar.

The three-dealer panel includes Larry Roeder, owner of two-store John Deere dealership Hiawatha Implement; Leo Johnson, partner at four-store Case IH dealership Johnson Tractor; and Clint Schnoor, president of 13-store AGCO dealership Agri-Service.

In 2014, Hiawatha Implement remodeled and expanded its Mound City, Mo., location by about 75%. Also last year, Johnson Tractor tore down two existing buildings to build one large one at their Janesville, Wis., location. Agri-Service has four renovation projects of various sizes and scopes currently underway or recently completed.

You'll learn:

  • How to build on a financially responsible budget — for today’s needs with an eye on future growth expectations
  • The value of a well-thought out Expo Room
  • Why the parts department should be the center (the hub) of your entire dealership
  • Improving shop efficiency with a centrally-located shop parts counter
  • Valuable add-ons to consider including in the shop: in-floor heating, high glass windows, overhead cranes
  • And much more ...

The presentation will be followed by a Q&A session.
