Harristown, Ill. — For the fourth consecutive year, Jenner Ag has been nominated for The Great Game of Business All-Star Award.

“The companies who are most successful at playing The Game understand that it is more than generating profits,” says Jack O’Riley, an independent coach for The Great Game of Business and owner of The Coaching House. “It is about unfailing dedication to business transparency, and continually reinventing Game play at your company to drive growth.”

Jack Stack, a pioneer of the open-book management leadership model, developed The Great Game of Business as part of a strategy to turn around SRC Holdings Corporation. When Stack took over the company as CEO in 1983, the company was failing. Since using the open-book model under Stack, SRC has started, acquired and owned more than 60 businesses and created thousands of jobs. Stock value has increased 360,000%. Today, The Great Game of Business operates as the educational arm of SRC Holdings.

Jenner Ag has participated in The Great Game of Business and open-book management since 2011. “I can say without a doubt that playing The Great Game of Business has made a significant difference in how Jenner Ag performs as a company,” says Steve Jones, President of Jenner Ag.

The Great Game of Business All-Star Award will be presented at the 25th Annual Gathering of Games, the world’s largest open-book management conference, Sept. 6-8 in Dallas.
