The Equipment Marketing & Distribution Assn. reports that Hayward Distributing Co. of Columbus, Ohio, has purchased the assets and distrubution rights of Ford Distributing. Ford Distributing has been in business supplying several brands of specialized agricultral and industrial equipment to dealers in Ohio and the surrounding states since 1976.

“These two companies are a great match of similar histories, cultures and people joined to prosper,” said Ronald Monroe, Hayward Distributing president.

Chris Ford, Ali Hill and the rest of the staff of Ford Distributing will remain in place and operate from the same Marysville, Ohio location.
